Challenge:  Build a national base of business Celtic Bank’s single-branched operation based in Salt Lake City, Utah.  Generate consistent, low-cost, qualified leads for the Bank’s small business development group.  Track and audit the progress and success of the program.

Solution:  Developed an integrated web-based lead generation program.  Managed lead costs by negotiating media costs on a pay per click and pay per action basis.  Tested multiple creative messages and offers including white papers and time or transaction with banners and text ads.  Built 20 unique landing pages for tracking purposes.  Integrated campaign into SalesForce CRM tool.  Added outbound email to increase lead conversion. 

Results:  Met lead volume and cost per lead goals, generated millions of dollars in potential deal flow with $25,000 investment. Program is now rolling our full scale with mutiple product lines
