WENDY JACKSON MANAGING PARTNER

Before co-founding Redirect in 2004, Wendy spent 20 years at some of advertising’s legendary agencies.  After tenures at Bozell, Grey Direct and OgilvyOne in New York, she moved to Salt Lake City and launched the direct marketing division for EvansGroup in 1994.  Following a purchase by Publicis she became an Executive Principal and Managing Director, overseeing all direct marketing activities in the U.S.  While at Publicis, she launched the Medicare Risk program for United Healthcare in 38 markets.  Additional healthcare experience includes Oxford, Cigna, Cedars Sinai, St. Vincent Hospitals, Indiana Heart Institute, Texas Children’s Hospital, and a host of pharmaceutical companies.

Her passion for creating customer loyalty and delivering cost efficient results has resulted in a profitable growth for a wide range of other clients including Wells Fargo, Del Webb, 2002 Winter Olympic Games, Whirlpool, PETsMART, Nestlé, Icon Health and Fitness, Curves, and American Express.

Wendy has a B.A. from Brigham Young University, and an M.A. from Fordham University.  She serves as the Vice Chair of the Arthritis Foundation, and was named one of Utah’s 50 Most Powerful Women.

 
JAMES ROBERTS MANAGING PARTNER

James is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Redirect Relationship Marketing.  He has more than twenty years  of experience in business development, marketing and business management.  James was formerly Senior VP of Sales & Marketing for Viawest in Denver and a SVP and partner at Harris & Love Advertising in Salt Lake City.

A Salt Lake native, James began his career as an Executive Director of the Utah Democratic Party and has successfully managed and consulted several campaigns for public office.  He also served as Director of Corporate Development for Robert Redford's Sundance Institute. 

James is relentless in his pursuit of higher profits for his clients, and will go to great lengths to ensure that their marketing programs are successful.  He loves to find non-traditional ways to break through the clutter, and has researched and successfully implemented several groundbreaking techniques over the past few years. His client experience includes Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield, McDonald’s, Coca Cola, Qwest, United States Forest Service, Deer Valley Resort, Idahoan Foods, Kroeger Foods, and Jamba Juice.

James completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Utah in Political Science and Economics. He serves on several corporate and non-profit boards.  He currently Chairs the KRCL Public Radio and Planned Parenthood Action Council boards.
